Office Clerk

Seeking an office clerk in the Woburn area. This is an in-office position, not remote.

This position provides clerical support such as but not limited to data entry, greeting office visitors, maintaining and managing confidential records, and coordinating interoffice activities. Office clerks should expect to perform other clerical duties as assigned. Applicants must have proficient time management, organizational, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and clerical (phone, fax, and computer) skills, as well as be able to carefully handle confidential information and work both independently and with others.

Applicants must:
– Have a high school diploma or GED;
– Be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English; and,
– Preferably have prior medical record and scheduling experience.
