Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a tax-free stipend-based program. The AFC service is provided to the member by the caregiver(s) who lives in the same household as the member. The caregiver(s) will provide 24-hour supervision and daily assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) under the supervision, support, and training of our nurse and care manager.
